Eating healthy, fresh, delicious food is so easy and quick. Sure it takes a little time sometimes to think and prepare but it is absolutely worth it. So JC and I thought it would be nice to share what we do to create quick easy, healthy meals that have less calories in them plus are super nutritious.

Making food from scratch is the way to go. There are over 10 unnecessary ingredients in store bought plant based milks. Super easy to make your own of a 1:3 ratio of nut/seed to water then blitz
Yes, I heard there are ingredients that aren’t listed because of the low quantity of them – arghhh, yes make my own, I’ll try this weekend x

Alternative to Spaghetti try Zughetti. We only have about 1/4 spaghetti and a whole zucchini cut into spirals with a kitchen gadget per person

ALTA Fitness I bought ours at Minimax Camberwell Betty Bossi $39.95. Also we use chicken mince and spice it up instead of beef mince
