We write a holiday guide every year and every year we have learnt more about fitness, health and wellbeing that we love to share. And this year is no different we took the opportunity when we had to close our doors for 7 months (albeit we still kept training our clients via outdoors or zoom), to delve into our passion for fitness and wellbeing and hence we have even more to share.

As many of you know, we are a very small family business and along with our other dedicated Personal Trainers, our values around health, enjoyment, continual learning and excellence are at the core of what we believe and try to achieve everyday. We have young teens that keep us entertained and living very full lives but we believe that if we are fitter, healthier and happier then not only do we reap the benefits but everyone around us does too!
