At ALTA Fitness the ultimate aim is to provide our clients with a high level of experience and knowledge to help achieve your goals. JC has coached many a client from those who enjoy running, bike riding both road and MTB, golf and skiing – some who have achieved National and Olympic team levels.

  • With a focus on speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility, the programs are developed specifically to improve performance in athletic competition
  • To help with injury prevention by developing the proper mechanics needed to reduce injury and enhance their athletic performance

That’s why at ALTA Fitness, programs are developed to focus on each individuals needs. Strength & Conditioning coaching differs in one very important way – the clients we work with are focused on improving their performance or skill in a high level sport and this is primarily why we work with athletes or those very serious about their sport.

Our priority is to provide you with the best possible advice and outcome to achieve your goals. Factors such as age, training history, goals, commitments (work/school), family involvement and access to training facilities etc. will all be considered to truly reflect individual needs and which can be realistically followed.
