Jean-Claude (JC) is a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Snow Sports having trained Olympic Athletes and he’s excited to share with you the benefits of being fit for your snow sport!

Be your snow sport Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding or Cross Country Skiing we can help you hit the snow to be one of your best years yet! Backed with experience, strength and conditioning principles and fun you’ll be busting to get on the slopes.

  • Group Sessions – we hold these in May/June for those of you living in Melbourne where our studio/gym is located in Canterbury, close to Surrey Hills, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Box Hill, Mont Albert, Mont Albert North, Kew, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East & Richmond
  • Online Program – 6 to 12 week programs specifically designed for the individual that you can do from home or your local gym and includes 3 x 15min calls to keep you on track = Starting at $150
  • Personal Training – for those who like a more personal approach, wish to work on specific requirements or are new to the sport – 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 appointments are available at our regular prices.
