Get ready to be fit for your Skiing or Snowboarding season with our 6 week program for 2019 It’s going to be lots of fun!

Jean-Claude (JC) is a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Snow Sports having trained Olympic Athletes and he’s excited to share with you the benefits of being fit for your snow sport!

Be your snow sport Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding or Cross Country Skiing we can help you hit the snow to be one of your best years yet! Backed with experience, strength and conditioning principles and fun you’ll be busting to get on the slopes.

We are so excited to be doing this for our 3rd year in a row – come and join us with family and friends!

  • Group Sessions – commence 4th May from 12pm – 1pm total price $120 for 6 weeks or $25 for single sessions
  • Online Program – 6 week program specifically designed for the individual that you can do from home or your local gym and includes 3 x 15min calls to keep you on track = $150
  • Personal Training – for those who like a more personal approach, wish to work on specific requirements or are new to the sport – 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 appointments are available at our regular prices.
