Welcome to our challenge, you can register your joining us here.

Our challenge is to join us in walking or running to accumulate 90 minutes of exercise a week, it’s not about distance it’s about time.

There are so many ways you can do this – Break it down – walk up and down your driveway for 5mins x 18 times over the week – Done! Or walk or run 3 x a week for 30 minutes – Done! Or walk 45mins one day, 45mins the next – anyway you choose. Be it the only exercise you do each week over the next 6 weeks or add it on top of your other exercise come and join us!

The week starts Monday to Sunday so keep a track on a piece of paper on your fridge or your watch or Strava account – of your walk or run and by Sunday evening at the latest (or earlier) take a picture, screenshot or we’ll take your word for it – it’s an honour system, send to us via the WhatsApp group or contact@altafitness.com.au telling us your done – sharing your story and pics is always fun too!

AND…..if you complete this each week for the 6 weeks you are in the draw for one whole month of free Personal Training for you guessed it…90mins a week!
