We specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation and are often referred to after Physiotherapy or Chiropractic visits have finished. We will tailor a program to suit you.

Training within a small group can be really beneficial and here at ALTA Fitness the aim is to make it a fun and varied environment. We have regular morning sessions at 6am!
