Moving Boosts our Immunity

Did you know that movement plays an integral role in boosting your immunity.  Given what is going on in the world right now, having a strong and robust immune system has never been as important in our lifetime.  Even if you are inclined to have a weaker immune system nothing stops you from giving yourself a chance.
As we know there are lots of different factors help protect our immune system; food, stress, rest to name a few.  Exercise is another big driver in supporting you immunity. 

Exercise is a stressor on the body, but when conducted correctly and regularly will build you immunity by encouraging the body to adapt and become stronger.  It is also said that the increase in internal temperature when exercising may kill off bacteria, and by increasing your airflow you are essentially spring cleaning your lungs and reducing stress hormones which all help when trying to keep healthy and avoid illness.
