Correct Tower Tennis Twist Technique

With all exercises there are correct techniques and one exercise we use regularly is the Tower Tennis Twist which if not done correctly will give little benefit. This exercise works primarily on your oblique muscles to strengthen your core but also works on your legs, arms and back giving a good overall body workout. The correct technique includes
  • A good medium size lunge
  • Straight arms
  • Shoulders back and down (not up near your ears)
  • And turning your core on
